This porch house was special order for one of our customers. This beautiful 12′ x 34′ Porch house has upgraded Steel Framing, 4′ Porch, 3″ Eave all the way around the building. This customer also wanted to have access from the back of the unit, so we added a 8′ x 6’8″ Roll-up. The unit comes wired with basic electrical and standard with 4 windows.
