For customers with poor credit, no credit, or who wish to spread out payments on their building without carrying credit, we offer a convenient rent-to-own option. Your building would be owned by our Rent-to-Own provider. At the end of your term, you own the building. Rent-to-Own is now only available for Sheds.

- 90 Days Same as Cash Available
- Building price: Up to $15,000.00
- Your choice of 24, 36, 48 and 60 month payment options
- First and Last month rent due at signing
- No credit check or proof of income required
- Automatic Draft option available

Standard Financing
For customers with good to fair credit, we offer a risk based financing program that offers a 0% down payment with terms that can be spread from 24 to 72 months. Interest rates are generally less than the rent-to-own program. No Penalties for early pay-off.
